Question 1: What kind of projects qualify for rewards?
Any Full Asphalt Shingle, Metal, or Composite Roofing Replacements Qualify for The "New Heights Rewards" Program!
Question 2: What are the rewards available?
We will adjust the promotion from time to time. Currently the reward for a referral for a full qualifying roof replacement is $300!
Question 3: Are there any limitations?
Naturally, your project must be at least 15 square and be a qualifying project type. We reserve the right to make changes to this promotion at any time and without notice. To the best of our ability we will make every effort to ensure that a homeowner has at minimum 30 days at the, then current, published promotion level before changing them to a new amount.
Question 4: What if I have questions?
When you sign up for your Free Inspection & Estimate let our scheduler know that you have questions and we will try to get you answers to all of your questions. Then, maybe we will add your question to this FAQ to help others.
Question #5: How many rewards can I receive?
You can receive rewards for as many qualifying projects as you want to! That's up to you.
Question #6: Do you guarantee that I will receive rewards?
No! Of course not! If you live out in the secluded woods, are mean to everyone you meet and even your mother can't stand you...well, you probably won't receive a thing. Even if everyone likes you and and you do everything just right, we can't guarantee that anyone will buy a roof through this program to generate a reward for you. But, we like you and are going to try to help you win some rewards. 1) Your heart will be blessed because we will make a donation to a non-profit just because you scheduled your estimate. 2) You will receive exclusive rewards offers (discounts & rebates) when you purchase your new roof. 3) We will try to help you promote your project to help you generate leads to build rewards opportunities for you.
